Kit Requirements For All Swimmers









It is swim kit order time again. Please read the information below to assist us all with ordering Waterborn swim kit.

Ordering Procedure

Please stipulate your requirements by completing the attached Order Form.

Orders

Kit orders are only done twice a year. Orders must be placed by the following two dates:
  • 1st Order Closing Date: Friday, 12 June 2009.
  • 2nd Order Closing Date: Wednesday, 23rd September 2009 – order forms will be emailed to you prior to this date.
  • Please note that no orders will be accepted after the 12th June on the first order date. No exceptions will be made.
Hard copy order forms with proof of payment attached can be handed in as follows:

  • Forms may be handed to Julie Langley or your respective coach. Alternatively, these may be posted at the Waterborn post box conveniently situated in the entrance to the Randburg Virgin Active Gym.
  • No Cash in the Waterborn Post Box please!

Order Form
  • Ensure that the order and sizes ordered are accurate before the order is placed.
  • Order forms must please be handed in by the stipulated closing dates.
  • Only items ordered by means of the attached Order Form will be processed. (Please do not scan / email the forms to me – a hard copy with payment attached is required)
The Kit

The Waterborn kit consists of the following:

Compulsory:
  • Dri-Mac
  • V-Neck long sleeve sweat shirt
  • Summer T-Shirt
  • Full Waterborn Tracksuit
  • Waterborn Swim cap
Optional:
  • Tracksuit jacket – if separate item is required
  • Additional Blue tracksuit pants
  • Beanie (Options: White with blue logo / blue with white logo)
  • Swimming backpack
  • Waterborn Hoodie
  • Waterborn Swimming Towel with logo
  • Male royal blue Waterborn drag suit (optional: training)
  • Female (L-Solid Blade back) Waterborn endurance training costume
  • Male Waterborn endurance training costume (solid brief)
(Peter would like all squad members to try and train in the Waterborn costume).

Payment
  • Only Order Forms accompanied by either payment or physical proof of payment attached will be processed.
  • Other forms of proof of payment will not be accepted e.g. SMS.
Payment can be made by either one of the following methods:
  • Cheque payments attached to the Order Form and made payable to Waterborn Swimming CC.
  • Cash – a receipt will be issued on request.
  • Direct payments are to be paid into the following account:

    Reference: Initial and Surname of Swimmer, e.g. C. Langley – kit
Notes:
  • Orders that do not comply with the above guidelines cannot be processed.
  • Please wear the club kit at all swimming events.
  • Compulsory Waterborn cap, all squads, all training sessions (These can also be obtained from your respective coach during the course of the season)
  • Please ensure that in September, kit requirements are considered for the CGA Championships in December 2009 and the 2010 National events
  • Parents are welcome to order the Waterborn kit for themselves. Larger sizes have been included to accommodate orders for parents. A fabulous royal blue supporters rain jacket with Waterborn logo is available for the parents.
