Ordering Procedure

Please stipulate your requirements by completing the Order Form.

Orders
Kit orders are only done twice a year. Orders must be placed by the following two dates:

• 1st Order: Closing date : Friday, 3rd June 2011. Please note that orders must be in-hand with Julie Langley by Friday, 3rd June 2011. 
• 2nd Order: This will be done at end September 2011 – Last order for the 2010/2011 season. Please ensure that kit requirements are considered for the CGA Championships in December 2011 and the 2012 National events.

No further kit orders will take place after September 2011 until May 2012.
 
Hard copy order forms with proof of payment attached can be handed in as follows:

Waterborn Randburg

• Forms may be handed to Julie Langley or your respective coach. Alternatively, these may be posted at the Waterborn Post Box now situated with the coaches’ on pool deck. No Cash in the Waterborn Post Box please!

Waterborn Brightwater Commons

• Please be kind enough to hand your kit order form + proof of payment to Phil or your allocated squad mum as follows:

Waterborn Linden

• Forms may be handed to Head Coach: Njabulo ka-Sishaba. Alternatively, these may be posted at the Waterborn Post Box situated at the gate entrance to the Linden Pool. No Cash in the Waterborn Post Box please! 

Order Form 

• If you are uncertain, please check on the sizings to ensure the correct sizes are ordered. Payment section below. 
• Order forms must please be handed in by the stipulated closing dates.
• Only items ordered by means of the attached Order Form will be processed.

(Please do not scan / email the forms to me – a hard copy with payment attached is required for record purposes) 

The Kit
 
The Waterborn kit consists of the following:

Compulsory:
Waterborn Melbourne Jacket (available to swimmers & parents)

• Tracksuit pants are white – optional in blue
• Waterborn Swim cap
• T-Shirts will be sold separately during the course of the season

Parents of the Waterborn Junior squads are welcome to call me to discuss kit requirements for their younger children.
 
Optional:

• Additional Blue tracksuit pants
• Beanie (Options : White with blue logo / blue with white logo)
• Waterborn Hoody – The Waterborn hoody is available to swimmers and parents

Costumes:

• Male royal blue Waterborn drag suit (Mottled Sperm Only : optional for training)
• Female (L-Solid Blade back) Waterborn endurance training costume
• Male Waterborn endurance training costume (solid brief)

Peter would like all squad members to try and train in a Waterborn costume & cap

The abovementioned female and male endurance costumes are available in a plain navy endurance fabric or the newer “Mottled Sperm” costume fabric which is imported and is more expensive than the original costume.
Swimmers will have the choice of which costume they wish to purchase. Both are acceptable.

Payment:

• Only Order Forms accompanied by either payment or physical proof of payment attached will be processed. 
• Other forms of proof of payment will not be accepted e.g. SMS. 

Payment can be made by either one of the following methods:

• Cheque payments attached to the Order Form and made payable to Waterborn Swimming CC. 
• Cash – a receipt will be issued on request. 
• Direct payments are to be paid into the following account:

  Reference: Initial and Surname of Swimmer e.g. C. Langley – kit 

Notes:

• Orders that do not comply with the above guidelines unfortunately cannot be processed. Please wear the club kit at all swimming events. Compulsory Waterborn cap, all squads, all training sessions.

(These can be obtained from your respective coach during the course of the season at R60 per cap)
